My Role as Product Manager
As Product Manager, I bridge business strategy, design, and technology to deliver impactful product features and improvements. Key responsibilities: Product Discovery & Research Conducted interviews with stakeholders (COO, customer relations managers, support teams) to identify pain points in customer journeys. Led user research and discovery workshops to map friction points and opportunities. Product Strategy & Roadmapping Defined the roadmap for the anti-churn program, prioritizing features with the highest business and user impact. Collaborated with marketing and acquisition teams to align CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives with UX and brand guidelines. UX Design & Workshops Facilitated co-design workshops with product design teams to build strategic journeys such as the “intelligent account closure flow”, designed to retain customers by offering alternatives and incentives. Validated prototypes with users and business teams before development. Agile Product Ownership Wrote user stories and acceptance criteria for developers. Coordinated with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, CRO specialists, agency partners) to deliver features on time and aligned with expectations. Data & Validation Worked closely with CRO and analytics teams to test hypotheses through A/B testing. Monitored KPIs such as churn reduction, conversion improvements, and customer satisfaction.
Results & Achievements
