As Digital Project Manager, I oversaw the project from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, design, and development teams. Key responsibilities: Requirements gathering & scoping Conducted workshops with Saint-Gobain business units to collect needs Defined key priorities: performance, accessibility, and user experience UX & UI design management Personally created the wireframes to define page structure and user flows Collaborated with the Product Designer who developed the UI mockups based on my wireframes Ensured brand consistency across all 20+ templates Project planning & coordination Managed the project roadmap and task tracking with Monday.com Coordinated with developers to implement custom ACF templates in WordPress Ensured respect of timeline, budget, and scope Client communication & governance Organized weekly status meetings via Microsoft Teams Shared progress updates, risks, and validations with the client Testing & delivery Led the functional testing of templates and components Validated content integration across 130+ pages before launch
